it is gives me ROM size 1.295 GB, is that OK? Becuase usually rom size is not that large....

Nobody said anything about you or your abilities. Just because I said that it isn't the host doesn't mean that I am implying that you are doing anything wrong. As a "qualified computer technician" you should know that there numerous other reasons why a download may be going slowly.

I'm trying to download the last build from at least three different ways with no success. I was never had this problem before. I use the cm-11-20141216-UNOFFICIAL-lt01lte.zip build.

using Firefox everything is OK (using dev-host link)
uncheck box "Download with Dev-Host Download Manager" (if exists)
click Download Now

Bluetooth connection still weak/intermittent on latest build. This has been a problem for every build after the September 3rd build from last year. It's the only problem that's stopping me from using the latest builds. Other than that, can't find any flaws (camera being the only exception but most functions work).

I have tried to find the source of the problem but unfortunately don't have much knowledge with development. All I know is the problem happened somewhere between sep 3 and sep 8 build.

I have deleted my CM11 source directory. No more builds of CM11 will be released by me. Feel free to use the sources to make your own builds.

OK I found out why I'm having these issues... I have 2 of these tab 8 and are now both running the exact os. So when they are both on and connected to the same wifi there is intermittance connection because they have the same wifi mac address 00:90:4c:c5:12:38.

Once i stop the wifi on one tab the other works perfect!

How can i get both of these tablets to connect to wifi's (either at home or their friends) at the same time?

You can change the Mac address on one device and that would fix the issue, an easy way to do that would be install pry-fi from chainfire which can change mac's for you.
