It is down for maintenance it should be back up soon, no mirror at this time.

You mean the one from last month is ancient?

We have done a lot in that month's time so yes Ancient.

Working on the camera now, i popped a wifi build in the oven because my tester has that variant if camera works ill build 3g and lte variants.

Liquid has gone nightly. Don't know why, but this thread hasn't been updated. It is now 4.4.4 and everything works including the camera. Builds can be found here.

Hey guys, I read something about unlocking bootloader and that sort of things. Is it necessary when I'm still on stock JB 4.2.2?
I've some experience whit flashing samsung I9300, but I don't have experience with locked bootloaders.
How do I know if my bootloader is locked?

LiquidSmooth 3.2 has new Theme Chooser/Engine from CM11. So you can use themes from Google Play.
