First I charged the battery to 100%, then I used this app
https://m.apkpure.com/ar/battery-calibration-root/com.blogspot.superthomaslab.batterycalibration
After calibration, I connected the device again to the charger and left it for 30 minutes

Sorry for my bad english
If you were able to charge to 100% before calibrating, what was your problem with the battery then?
Or did the rom display a lower battery level than 100% when you clicked "calibrate" and that made the rom display 100%? If this is the case, then you only have to do it only once, right? and after that the rom can reach 100% without the app on consecutive charges?

I didn't find a custom rom for my T585 yet, which is based on newer android version, than nougat and would let the tablet charge to 100%, it always stops at 70% - 90%.

how did you calibrate the battery?
I know there are many apps for that, but I want to know about the experience with the same (or similar) device, as mine.
i would install the stock rom to see if the problem persists. I haven't known these problems in years.

It's ok on stock, I think. And Ressurection Remix nougat rom works fine.
Problem occurs only with the custom roms that I tried, starting with oreo roms.

I do not mean to charge the battery to 100% I mean to charge the maximum percentage that your device can reach

Bit of a stretch if anyone will reply here -- I just installed this ROM and a few games off the play store but I am unable to move any of them to my external storage. I have the option enabled in developer settings to allow apps to be moved regardless of manifest values but I don't see the option anywhere when looking at my app's info. Trying to mount the SD card as internal storage throws an error, but that looks like an issue from the original threads. Did anyone else have the same issue?

That's an interesting question! I do not see this possibility on a LOS16 on a phone either. So, does LOS16 offer this option at all?

Yes, I had the same issue: formatting as internal storage always gives an error (but it worked for a 256MB card).
But: in the end the problem was solved. I formatted the card in Ext4 using PC, and didn't let the tab do anything. After a few reboots the card was working fine for moving apps (without touching the dev setting).

Huh! I just formatted the MicroSD as ext4 using my laptop and put it in the tablet. Still asked me to format the card but it actually made it to 100%! Now I can move apps to and from it freely. Thanks for the heads up!

Make sure you downloaded the correct rom, your rom is for the lte version, this version has a sim card port.

If you cant insert a sim card then you have a gtaxlwifi (sm-t580), and you should flash the gtaxlwifi version. If you have the gtaxllte, give us the full log
