This rom is based on the Samsung 4.4.2 and won't contain heavy mods or themes, install what you want.
I'm not a developer and not pretending to be one, I'm an android enthusiast.
If you want to use this as your base custom firmware; Take it. Just thank me is enough.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 8.4 SM-T705 (LTE) SelambA ROM Version 1.2.1

T705XXU1ANG2 Firmware: Galaxy Tab S 8.4 (LTE)

PLEASE ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR SYSTEM.

Install Instructions
•Copy to device
•Wipe for Fresh Install or at least wipe dalvik Cache and Cache. I did a dirty install with no issues. LOL
•Flash it in TWRP recovery. (I only test it with TWRP)
•Please report bugs in this OP

•base change to Hong Kong NG2 firmware.
•Viper for android
•Touchwizz Icon Themer (Thanks to Xperiacle)
•System Tweak via init.d (Thanks to MaliveBooster)
•all google apps are in data/app (you can easily uninstall it if you want to)
•some samsung related apps are still there. (because i use it. if you don't want it. just delete it using root explorer)

Update 1.0.3 - UNRELEASED
•base change to France NG2 firmware.

•add 2nd keyboard symbol
•init.d are now fully working
•plenty of fonts (its already in 1.0.1)
•add some performance tweak
•device will now zipalign new apps after device restart
•add S5 Smemo (kind of nice to have this)

Do u think is it possible to de-TW a Samsung ROM? For the moment I am using Nova (I love it) but the heavy charge of the code of TW is still present........

i will upload that later... de-tw... yup. i think i can do it but will take some time... its being a while since i last made a de-tw rom. brain getting rusty... hahahaha... let see if i can...

I would really love a de-TW SM-705!! TW is cropping our wings, I can see just using Nova a better result. But TW code is what limits our wondeful tablet IMHO.

hmmmm just check it... its hard to de-tw this time... so many code linking with each other... have to totally change lots of thing... :silly: can only make it less tw...

I dont think we need debloating, even if you completely empty it & only left messaging and phone you still have 2gb of consumed ram and stuttering when juggling apps. We need optimizing tweaks, kernels etc.,

Could you elaborate?
How is TW related to other Samsung software and to which extend does it affect the performance?
I would assume TW is only a launcher and does not affect anything else. If you replace it and don't load it also RAM shouldn't be consumed.

IF it was a just a launcher you are absolutely right and we can just use, for ex, Nova and we will be ok. But, in this case, it is also very easy to "debloat" from TW the ROM. The code of TW is present in the deep core of ANY Samsung ROMs: for example in the Google edition S4 there is the TW code even if there is not the TW app itself. To create a "Google edition" Samsung had to "masquerade"

and/or to hidden a part of his code.

Using a launcher as Nova, for example, we get a faster UI but this does not mean we are free from TW code. I am not a developer, our guest Edan1979 is and so, if you wish to have a strict technical explanation about which part of code is and where I think he can explain it in a more technical way than me. I speak as I collaborate with some devs and I can report what my friends tell me.

a layman term... the code is embedded in the framework itself... so to de-tw it fully is like making a totally new framework... that my friend is nuts... hahahaha...

hmmm... look like the init.d is not working in previous version.... going to fix it up... no wonder the performance tweak is not running...

any way you guys can download Universal Init.d apps from playstore and use it to enable the init.d
