As this the stock ROM just debloated ( and so on), no.I'm sorry, but with this rum, how can I turn on the phone feature on my tablet?
Behaves just like I wrote you in another thread.

@rorymc928 thank you very much for work.
I've flashed TWRP yesterday and then your ROM.
I'm still setting it up. (gravity box, camera, GPS,.....?)
Until now I think it's fine for me.
I'm a bit sad that Excel, Chrome and quite a lot of Samsung's stuff is still in it, but it's much less than in stock already.

I was hoping to root my tablet t827 and install the custom t825 rom and open the phone but I was looking for it but nobody knows the solution.Don't drink rum, and switch to vodka.
(I'm sorry ... I couldn't resist!)
On my T825, I just install the SIM card, and the phone works. Is that not working in your case?
.
Thanks, it's good to get a test on the T825.Hi @rorymc928 !
I'll try tomorrow your new build (5.1b) and also try to flash it via a TWRP I ported myself (which will not be available until I test it and works).
I have a question; is it possible to port One UI 2.1 to this beauty of tablet? (like from the Tab S4 or Tab S6 ?)
Because I think in my opinion it would be great to have an updated Android 10 ROM on this tablet, since you're actually the only maintainer for this tablet that actually updates his ROM frequently, and your ROMs are the greatest thing the Tab S3 series have right now!.
I saw on another thread on XDA how to do that and I would like to know your opinion: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/how-to-port-samsung-rom-to-samsung-t3481114
Thanks for replying us!.![]()
Thx for the nudge. You can always install stock Rom and Debloat it yourself........
If you're running a pie version at the moment, it will be that simple. However if you're on oreo it will need a bootloader update at least.I have an SM-T825 that is flashed with a recent (but not latest) version of this ROM. I want to flash the latest, but before I do, I have a question:
It says the following in the OP: "Best flashed over updated firmware". Does this mean that it's best to be flashed over the bootloader that is referenced in the OP?
If so, that is a dead link. Is there a better location to get this latest bootloader now?
Once I find this bootloader software, could someone point me to instructions for flashing this bootloader via a linux box? Would this have to be done via heimdall, with the following command, perhaps? ...
heimdall flash --BOOTLOADER /path/to/bootloader.bin
Thank you very much in advance.

The longer story,
When flashing over oreo with the first pie rom ,all seemed fine but it became apparent that the fingerprint reader did not function, flashing the oreo bootloader fixed that. I've just uploaded the latest oreo bootloader .

I suspect the earlier pie bootloader would be fine,if thats what your on, if not you should use the latest.
Post 1 not good enough?
7 version I mean in this assembly
SM-T825 TWEAKED 2.1 02APR2018
But there is no link to this build
So I have a question, is it possible to roll back like this
