Let me clarify:

If I modify the libcrypt oem, the Google Play Netflix app streams HDR perfectly.
The DRM check states L3, but still streams HDR. The only stuff that's broken is the offline download.
There the L3 kicks in and the quality of every donwload is SD. It's the only problem.

I tried the apk you posted but it's exactly the same as the original.
Streams in HDR, downloads in SD.
Thank you. Can you share your experience with this rom compare with stock one?

Very good so far. I'm going back and forth between stock and this rom to work on other stuff, but the first impressions are pretty good.

Now I'm dedicating to debloat activities, which forces me to stay in stock most of the time.
But I can't wait to flash the rom again and debloat it.

@rorymc928 will you be releasing an update?
Sorry for the delay, I'm a bit reluctant to use a firmware base from the list at the moment. I tend to choose them from more mainstream countries that don't have, shall we say, their own internal security issues. If one of them pops onto the list I'm quite happy to.

Thank you very much for this Rom..
My device has BRE3 baseband which supports VOLTE in my country..
I wanted to know if I flash this Rom, will my modem get changed to BRE2 baseband ?
If you did a full wipe that's likely, if you dirty flash I can't be sure you may retain your present one, if not you could reflash the stock firmware to return. But you should make sure you have that on hand,
I have a WiFi T820 myself so, I'm not familiar with the significance of the change.
Your other option would be to wait for others to flash and ask the T825 users if they have it available for use. The files exist on both the T820 and T825 but that is obviously just a standard part of the firmware.
Hope that's of some help

thank you very much for ur kind reply :)
on Nougat it was very easy to change Baseband by Odin flashing but on Oreo Baseband doesn't change after Odin flash (am talking about trying to change baseband of stock roms)
lets hope it will change on custom rom

Just had a look, this firmware base is UK, and apparently all mobile services in the uk have volte available, don't know if that helps.

OK sounds like an issue with xposed if you go to the xposed installer app. Uninstall framework then reinstall it should correct it
PS. Is volte working

after reinstalling x posed, its working perfectly.. Thanks once again,..
VOLTE data is working but for making calls , i will have to install 3rd party apps..
BRE2 baseband doesnt support all the VOLTE bands in India while BRE3 supports all of them.. i tried to odin flash BRE3 csc after installing this rom but it didnt stick :(
now i will have to pick @ashyx brain once again for enabling BRE3 baseband .. he already helped me once, hope he will help me once more :fingers-crossed:

while flashing the Rom in TWRP , it got struck in this screen..
