Smart Light ROM CM10.1

First of all Hi to all :cowboy:

This is my first rom on this Atrix4G forum & based 3.1.1 kernel. So pls Don't except too much from this rom

What is this rom????

****** This rom is based on epinter's cm10.1

****** Rom is made slim by removing some system apps etc & made the optional to flash each separately.

****** Rom incredibly smooth. Its tester's review.

****** Working Motoblur launcher from Razr with circles widget (optional to flash).

****** Modded LatinIme.apk for saving system space. Its under 3 Mb. Its done by removing some keys compressing images etc. Due to this No other languages than ENGLISH an be typed with STOCK AOSP (LatinIme) Keyboard.


In short you can give this Rom a shot.

NOTE: This update has no apollo music and browser you need to download them manually. Using Bluesleep fix can improve battery.

A full factory data reset before flashing.
Reboot to system & again reboot phone to recovery & flash Gapps.

Flashed the 38p radio, but battery drain is still significant. I hope this will get solved. It's hard to go back to CM7 after using this ROM.

Personally I think it is better, but not significantly. The battery drain is a kernel issue so a different ROM can only improve it slightly.

You should be able to flash it over epinter's CM10.1 I suggest making a backup before.

I am not getting you what do you mean. If you are talking about warning message before sending SMS you can disable them by choosing remember my choice.

Why is the clock in the notification panel blue, I was using this ROM, but that annoyed me, and all the notifications are weird, like Google Play Music covers (in Notification Bar) are just white with a cross.

^^ Its the framework you change theme Like to Jellyblack It will change clock to Blakish grey. There are really good themes will will be good there.

I don't understand. Are you saying that if I go to the theme part of Settings, I can change it.. Just that I went back to Epinter's ROM because that was annoying me that much..
