I have a big issue with this custom ROM. Sometimes the caller/called person can't hear me. I did a clean install and only Gapps installed. It seems there are others that have this issue:
https://jira.lineageos.org/browse/BUGBASH-572
And there are numerous similar reports related to this. The issue is random but I can't use the phone like this.
Is anyone having this problem or know how to fix it?

Try to install stock fimware like 4.3 and then install rom. Its working for me

AdrianDC,
Charging of phone off.
When full charge is reached, you disconnect cable from phone and display lights up and does not go off (to go out display lights off - volume up+power).
Need fix!
lineage-14.1-20180214

can you activate function awakening by double tap display, as on asus (ZenMotion)?

I found out what is causing this but I don't know why. After calling a number beginning with 0800, the caller cannot hear me. The only workaround is to reboot my phone.
Another issue I found is that I don't receive text messages if I play heavy usage games. I think the lineage message app is closed in the background or something. I don't know how to fix this issue.

I just installed this ROM. It's super fast and everything works great EXCEPT one thing.

I set an alarm. When the time arrives the phone starts ringing, but the screen does not show it with the swipe gesture to stop the alarm or snooze. This happens when the screen is turned on.

If the screen is turned off, the alarm rings, the screen does not turn on, if I turn it on manually it's the same situation, no alarm screen with swipe gesture.

In both cases I have to enter the alarm clock and turn the small switch off which is cumbersome.

I have not tested this in charging mode, and I am not interested since my phone is always on. Moreover, charging mode is even trickier and the phone can't even do it when turned on which should be easier.

Why does this happen and is there a way I can fix it? Does it happen to you guys? I find it very ironic that the ROM is so fast and smooth and also feature rich but it can not do a very basic thing that I use all the time.

The alarm works well for me, but I have a build from February. There is a change for the alarm in Lineage OS from 22 march, so maybe you can try with a build before, or test the alarm after a clean build, to be sure no application is interfering with the alarm.

Thanks man. I think it's too late now as I just installed CM13.0 which seems to work great overall. I 'd like to report that I encountered the same problem with the alarm on AOSP 7.1.2 as well. Both my LOS 14.1 and AOSP setups were clean builds, wiping everything and no other apps.

emcom, does not interfere, but cyanogenmod was better assembled.
It is unclear why CPU does not disable second core - autonomously works much smaller. How to fix it?

Last year I thought that Marshmallow will be last Android version for our phone but you surprised us with Nougat.
AdrianDC, i know, it's rude to ask you, but will you look on development Android GO based on Android O for XSP?

I'm already working on and running Android O (master branch) on my Huashan so I guess the answer is yes... ;)

    1. Official Lineage builds are getting progressively fixed on the new build servers & infrastructure
    2. Due to the new signing process of the ROM, there are new issues that arise and will have to be looked into
    3. I'll give infos about what the builds are meant for & about the migration solution we'll have
    4. Do not flash new builds unless you know what you are doing and have a backup, let us test for now
    5. If you have non-booting issues... The device can't die, it's a Sony ! Just power it off (Key combo or reset on the back) + fastboot
    6. Since 2 weeks my SP has a broken SIM card holder & is dismantled, I might be able to access the lab to resolder the new one this week
    7. I'm awfully busy with all Android projects and non-Android projects so please bare that in mind

    ;)
