[ROM][SNAPSHOT][8.1.0] AOSP Oreo for Xperia SP

No, I can't. In this status, I can only get to service mode (green light) or fastboot (blue light).
Service mode lets me flash a FTF, but nothing happens then.
Fastboot lets me flash any boot.img but it won't charge the device. I guess I should reformat the whole storage, but I don't know the parameters ?
Just plug it in, leave it like 30 minutes or more, huashan doesn't die that easily
Same happened to me a while back. The battery ran out and I was stuck in recovery. I thought I'd killed it so just left it plugged in and although there was no led indication. It charged up fully. Enabling me to get out of my tricky situation

I was expecting that it would work. I have left it plugged hours, even days. Nothing.

ofc you can't use "fastboot boot" on huashan, this doesn't work on both of my huashan(and yes, I have 2 huashan), use "fastboot flash boot twrp.img" instead, and wait for the miracle uwu

personally i prefer lineage 15.1 - the camera app in the package is very good, and the whole version works very well; and it's newer (having been updated, whereas 16 is a once off thus far)

i tend to find a rom that's great and stay with it apart from updates when available, as i have obe phone, and the sp is it, so if it ain't broke (especially if it's almost current and great) i won't get excited to break it

About the release
My Android 8.0 bring-up started in April with my AOSP Master project.
Master being the mainline public Android development, it helped getting
most of the hardware requirements for the next Android release prepared
and ready for the evolution along the weeks. Though 8.0.0 introduced
more hardware changes and improvements, it was ready for about 75% of the needs.

- I use it as daily since July on Huashan (SP) and Mint (T)
- For now, Camera is removed on purpose as I'm working on it. The initialization fails in the middle
- Bluetooth worked up to July, and since then the list is empty due to timeouts. Being looked at
- Binding with already paired Bluetooth devices like car radio should work but rare user-unfriendly conditions for now
