NOTE - The new LVY48F build has not been thoroughly tested by me yet. It booted a little slow and sluggish after upgrading to the latest build. I then tested a clean install and had no problems. I tried a newer gapp as well and had no problems. I restored my backup, cleared the cache, and then installed the LVY48F build. After a few minutes and letting it settle I rebooted and its running great!
WARNING - I managed to end up in a bootloop after installing Deep Darkness Theme. I restored a BACKUP and will look into the problem tomorrow. Others have had this problem on different phones. Remember to always do a backup before making major changes to your phone.
NOTE -
Deep Darkness boot animation caused the problem. I've tried other themes without the boot animation bootloop. You can use the Deep Darkness theme but DO NOT select the boot animation.

Dumb me... I'm still on the previous 10/9/15 build. When I try to flash the new build, I get a status 6 error. I've tried a cache wipe and also a dirty flash and still the same thing. I'm not smart enough to edit the path according to the previous build.

I'll try a full wipe and new install this afternoon along with the new set of gapps.

I FOUND THE PROBLEM! Malformed script. I Downloaded it and tried to install it and received the same error. I uploaded a new copy. Thank you professorfoxx for letting me know!

Audio Problem Fix

A member on my site informed me of an audio problem with the 09.15.15 build. I'm not sure if it effects the 09.10.15 build. It turns out you are unable to play audio files stored on the phone. The following fix will fix playing audio files on your phone. I also tested out changing my ringtone to an mp3 file and it works fine.

Go to Settings > About phone and tap the Build number seven times. This will unlock Developer options in Settings. Tap the back button to go back to Settings. Scroll down and go to { } Developer options. Scroll down until you see an entry under Media that says Use AwesomePlayer (deprecated) and disable it so its using NuPlayer. Now restart your phone.

I've been running the new build since 17/9/15 and so far, everything still runs smoothly. This is actually a very stable, solid build and everything works as if it was meant for the Galaxy Mega as stock. Most importantly, battery life has greatly improved with regular use. Getting roughly 10 hours off a full charge.

Great! I believe, well at least for me, that I've increased the battery life in the last few builds. I am really proud of the 09.27.15 build. Right now I'm testing my overclock kernel on that build. I am definitely enjoying the battery difference from the old 5.0.2 ROM.

I love the ROM but have had one issue with it not wanting to recognize my micro SD card which was previously working fine

Now that's strange. I test every BUILD by backing up my current session and installing clean and testing mp3's/video's on my sdcard; the one time I didn't a member noticed that music stored on his sdcard wouldn't play correctly. Also I store all my ROM's on my sdcard. I then restore my backup and either dirty flash or wipe dalvik/art cache and flash the new build. So far your the only one with the sdcard problem. What build date are you using? A good test to see if its the ROM is to mount your sdcard using Philz Touch Recovery while plugged into USB. It should mount and you should see it in Linux/Windows. Please test that and let me know what happens.

Directions: Hold power and choose reboot then reboot to recovery/Mounts and Storage/Mount USB Storage. You should see your sdcard in linux/windows. On my linux desktop it shows 32 GB Volume.

Running the new build for a full day and noticeably smooth. For the exception of the added apps, the new build improved battery life more with normal wear. Dirty flashed worked very well. No more random . Just gets better. :good:

Thanks for the feedback and screenshot of the battery. I'm testing the Overclocked kernel and it does take a bite into battery life. Glad dirty flashing isn't causing problems. Awesomeplayer is fixed in this build but is outdated so I'm sticking with Nuplayer by default. I removed the added apps for next build.
