Yep, kernel worked to get me WiFi. So much stupid bloat..need to clean. So anybody on 720t can use this rom with the kernel

So were you able to get wifi and data working with the Hybrid Kernel? I tried it and couldnt get data to work.

Data worked in the phone but i can't make the hot-spot work properly! At my laptop looks like connected but with the yellow triangle what we can do yo have working hot-spot with this rom?

My phone is on the Sprint network and I have the hotspot service as part of my data plan. Under these normal conditions, the hotspot works perfectly in this ROM. So it is not a problem with the ROM if the conditions for which the data components were designed are met. If you are trying a mod to pirate the service, then there are other threads to address that approach.

I had that problem. Had to upgrade modem to OD2.

There seems to be a number of articles covering the video playback problem with a number of devices after upgrading to Lollipop (freezing, loss of sync with audio and video, etc). As of yet, there seems to be no fix that has been out there that I have been able to get to work. It may be a coding and codec problem that will need to be sorted out by others with expertise beyond mine.

New version (V5) posted with fixed video stream

A new version of the ROM (V5) is now posted (see Post#1) for the link to the download folder. All previous changes have been retained, and now the video streaming has been fixed thanks to lib mods kindly supplied by bilgerryan.

You would need to restore the following files to their respective locations and folders:
libhealth_jni_k.so to /system/lib/
SHealth3_5.apk to /system/priv-app/SHealth3_5/
HealthService.ap to /system/priv-app/HealthService/

(These represent about 45 megabytes of files.)

These files can be extracted from the non-debloated version of the deodexed ROM. You will need to use root file access to do it. If you don't know how, then it may be better to just install the non-debloated ROM instead.

Update 6-7-2015: V5 full ROM deodexed, but not debloated, has been added to the repository.
The full size ROM includes the extSdCard R/W permission fix, video stream fix, and SuperSU update.

I tried to flash the modem tar file with Odin but it failed. Is there a fix for this?

Yes. You'll have to install the OD2 modem.
