Download the latest build
=> Install TWRP recovery in your Phone
=>Backup All Your Data in SD Card
=> Boot into recovery (TWRP)
=> Format Data (Wipe all the things system , vender,Dalvik Cache etc. You Don't Need To Wipe the Memory Card )
=> Change data partition to ext4 (Important Step)
=> Flash the latest build Rom
=> Reboot
