Me as well ... several, first 'soft' reboots (UI I think), now 'Android starting again', and even saying 'sdcard is corrupted'
(which turned out to be wrong after an intended reboot).
I'll try to get a logcat.

I had a few random reboots (soft) when I flashed the rom on Thursday. For me the problem was double tap status bar to sleep and double tap lockscreen to sleep. It worked fine initially but after a while double tapping the status bar or lockscreen would result in a soft reboot. I think that the default setting of 30 seconds for screen timeout was also a problem - I was reading an article and the screen timed out, pressed power button to switch back on, it worked fine the first time but after that pressing power button to switch on screen after timeout resulted in a soft reboot. I've since increased screen timeout to two minutes and disabled both double tap status bar to sleep and double tap lockscreen to sleep and have experienced no more random reboots for the past two days.

Go to settings, then galaxy (the custom settings by cosmic) ,then hardware keys ,then scroll down a bit and there you will find the hardware button settings .. You can configure them from there.

I got the attached thumbnail configuration and assinstant launches at long press home button.

I don't know what's the problem but after a few minutes you can install the apks, i used to get this error on Eclipse v9.

No not because of pico
I use pico and i also use assistant
The thing is micro gapps contain google app which installs it as a system apl
But In pico you install google app from play store hence its a user app
So to fix it, grant all permissions then force close it and convert it to a system app and reboot
Then enjoy assistant

This is because of an overlay...
Are u using any apps llike night mode perhaps

Do this
Go to settings
Then search for draw over
Then open thay setting
Then take ss's of all apps in that setting...
And send here
(This is not a issue of cosmic rom)

Random reboot is not very common for me
Happens like 2 times a day
It happens only when phone is locked for me
Never while using
Not even when listening to songs

Either way hopefully its will be fixed in the next build

I had some crashes of osmand yesterday (logcat available).

OpenCamera does not work (might be a device tree issue, which is not controlled by Sagar).

A few times I did observe a strange flickering (instability) of the display (no logcat).

Is it possible to enable call recording in this ROM?

Charging current is not shown on lockscreen, even if enabled in settings ('Lockscreen charging info').

Indicator for mobile signal strength does not change (seems to be fixed at 40%).

- AK8963C Orientation Sensor (eg in CPU-Z; no 'orientation' values in SatStat) (router problem)
- Zapp (German Internet TV): some channels don't work (whereas they work in AICP 6.0.1)

clear cache RE-provide all permissions (ALL) and force close the app

I don't understand what you mean by flickering of display, probably you could try to take a video next time..but if its very short flickering then try disabling amy apps you have like to reduce brightness or maybe anything that controls the display

Lockscreen charging current: it says "Display negociated charger max current and voltage and battery temperature on lockscreen while charging"

voltage (5V) and battery temperature are there, what's missing is the 'charger max current' (measured in mA)

Other issues (partly already mentioned earlier):

- Build number 'NOF2FB' looks a bit unusual ..

note 2 n7100 doesn't need unlock boot loader
all you have to do:
-download twrp for note 2

no need for new kernel

gapps and the rom should be downloaded to your device as is

then flash it ( read instruction in first post of this thred)
