Tested on SM-J320FN!
For SM-J320F devices in TWRP wipe all except your BOOT partition to properly boot my ROM

How to install
1. Download TWRP.zip from link
2. Extract it
3. Copy TWRP folder to phone
4. Enter in TWRP Recovery->Wipe->Advanced Wipe->Check all only keep BOOT and SDCARD
5. Go to Restore->Change Storage(Select MicroSD or Internal Storage where you copied TWRP folder) and restore SYSTEM
6. Reboot phone and wait to boot.

Installed ur rom properly but it got stuck on samsung logo and didn't boot.

Work but you need TWRP Recovery and OEM Unlocking option checked and ROM from main post.
You phone model must be SM-J320FN!
Yes it will work :)

I really don't know exactly about ~700-800MB free :)
It can be more free but removing keystring apps cause a lot of phone features will be unusable :)
Nevermind for bad English ;)
