Go to Recovery....
Wipe Data/Factory Reset....
Wipe Cache.....
Wipe Dalvik Cache......
Format System in Mount And Storage...
Install ZIP....
Wait Till Installation Complete...
Reboot

Enable Root: On Desktop open folder "System" than start "Security Center", go right on top to "protect", then on "Permission managment", then left on top "Perm" and scroll down to last entry "Root" :)

Use greenify, without any external app, 400 to 450 ram is free. This rom uses it's own framework which utilizes bit more RAM. but gives you also beautification and productivity :)

Thanx for review bro.. For lag, use greenify, it helped me to play asphalt 8 lagless.. and ya, there was chinese stock browser which I removed but flash gapps from link and download browser of your choice from playstore :) Dolphin is cool, I am using now.
