finally , I got the OTA as well . Setting the phone to spain region gave me the update

notch height is wrong by 1 or 2 pixels if you try to hide notch. interesting bug.

Is it possible to go back to MIUI 10 without unlocking bootloader? (Mi 9 Lite EEA).
