ColtOS 5 (Android 10) and Digital Wellbeing crashing: just clean data, force stop and then you can setup as you prefer and no more crashes. And for AdAway working: enable in latest Magisk Canary systemless hosts from settings, reboot and after reapply again in AdAway. And voila, both are working ?

Thank you, it actually works. But on every reboot it doesn't work again, so it's a little pain in the ass.

Are you encrypted? If yes, then decrypt data partition -> format data in TWRP.

1. Install latest TWRP: LINK
2. Reboot to TWRP
3. Install latest stable Firmware v9.0.5 (be SURE to pick the right one - there are variants for OnePlus 3T and OnePlus 3!!!):
4. Reboot to TWRP
5. Format Data as ext4
6. Reboot to TWRP
7. Wipe everything (everything except USB)
8. Install ROM
9. Install GApps
10. Install Magisk (if needed)
11. Wipe Dalvik & Cache
12. Reboot system
Sorry just to be clear: by following steps 1 to 7, I can decrypt my phone (currently on NOS Android 9 Pie)?

Yes your phone will be decrypted.
Decrytion is needed, because none of Anroid Q roms supports encrytion yet. Perhaps later...

You will loose all your data on your phone!
Thanks!

Sorry one more thing: I have pattern lock and fingerprints for the phone. Do I have to remove them before decrypting?

Decryption here means you are formatting, not just wiping, your /data partition. Hence removing encryption from the partition and deleting every single file on it.

what if my phone currently decrypted now, should i wipe my entire data ( data & internal ) ?
If you are decrypted then no need to wipe internal storage. Data is must in every major update or different rom.

I think you mean "not encrypted" or "unencrypted". "Decrypted" means that something is encrypted and after the process of decryption it's decrypted. "Decrypted" refers to the state when an encrypted data partition is decrypted and mounted.

So clean installed it with OpenGAPPS and Magisk Canary. So far most stuff works fine:
Pokemon Go
Freestyle Libre Sensor App
Company connection apps
All social networks

Only one bugs I found by now: It seems like it does not detect a connected charger, it charges, but no graphical signs that it does.

Otherwise really stable! Great ROM

EDIT: After reboot the charging problem is gone. No problem left for now ^^

Btw: A usecase of Android 10 and Island app together:

If you have ever formatted your /data partition before using TWRP and not stock recovery, it was un-encrypted at that point. However, I want you to understand that OOS has "enforced encryption" by default. What that means is, if you flash OOS on top an un-encrypted storage, it will re-encrypt is again.
So if you have ever flashed OOS after formatting your internal storage, it must be re-encrypted. I hope that helps.

Great to see an android 10 ROM appearing this fast !

Hi, thank you for this awesome rom. Clean flashed 02 hours ago and all is working well (except digitall wellbeing as said 2 posts ago).
Coming from LO16 i need please to know how to remap NAVIGATION PHYSICAL BUTTONS, and also how to remove search bar in homescreen
I personnaly use Button Mapper app to customize physical navigation buttons.
