After install:
1- open the Gcam and DONT TAKE pictures
2- go to settings and wait 5-10 seconds
3- go back and take a picture
4- done

For a faster photo capture, follow the image below and select "1/20 sec." instead of "Slow shutter x2"

I flashed the latest update 1.5 days ago. I plugged my device to charge last night and then, this morning I have no button backlight. Also I did not modify any of the settings. I am waiting for your solutions.

there is a setting for this. go check it out. i think it is under display.

Is it possible to set the "Protect Battery" percentage. It seems to default to 75% at the moment. I would like to change that to 80 - 85%.
If it can be changed, how?

Hi guys. I have a problem, I just charged my phone until it was full then played it for a while then I left it for a while and when I wanted to turn it on again it couldn't turn on, I've forced it by pressing the power / home button for a long time but nothing happened, the screen remained blank, then I try to connect the charging cable but nothing happens. pls I need help.

I seem to have similiar problems after the update.

Over the last night my phone went from 38% to 0 in standby. That has never happened before.

And just now the phone got very warm in my pocket. I hadn't used it and no apps where in RAM. Only a Whatsapp Message was reiceved on the phone...

ah what a shame, i thought this was the one but the echo on the receiver end basically makes this a deal breaker as a daily driver.

thank you for all your hard work on this, and i hope to return to it one day if the echo can be sorted.

Possible solution to the ECHO PROBLEM:

With the volume buttons:
- Press the volume down or up during the call and the echo will disappear.

At least this method works for me and I hope it works for everyone.

Note:
I use Simple Dialer to make calls, but the solution also works for WhatsApp calls.

Hi all,

I have a SM Galaxy S7 edge with LOS 17.1 (even from Ivan) here.
Which is the easiest way to update to LOS 18.1 ... without loosing data(!)?

I would do like so:
- download LOS 18.1 (from here) and gapps to phone
- boot into TWRP (3.5.2_9-0 in my case)
- install LOS 18.1 and gapps (NikGapps-basic-arm64-11 in my case)
- wipe Cache/Dalvik
- reboot
Will this work?

I installed the ROM yesterday and so far it is perfect except the camera app makes selfies mirrored even I uncheck the option from camera options. Is there a solution for this bug?

H've try moro sound from moro kernel and found the echo sound better than before, maybe that can solve the issue for temporary

Formatted again to give this a shot because I would dearly love to make it work but unfortunately this did nothing for me.

I have the s7 edge, SM-G935F.

A little bit of interesting information (although my testing so far has been limited) is that you can install the MoRoKernel-AllInOne-CUA1-v8.8.1 and it works with this rom. located at https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14943124697586354357

it unfortunately doesn't resolve the echo issue though, so I have no clue how to progress this further...

Both MoroSound and MoroKernel, and the dialer (along with changing the volume mid call and before the call) do nothing to fix the echo problem. so i'm kinda out of ideas.

Has anybody else the problem that the phone looses connectivity pretty often? Sometimes Wifi, sometimes mobile. At least every two days, sometimes several times a day. Only a reboot helps.
This started about half a year ago and both on the 17.1 and 18.1 variants of this ROM. It seems as if the situation is deteriorating, in the beginning I could switch on/off Wifi to regain connections, now I have to reboot.

I already upgraded the modem firmware, didn't help.

I wonder if this is a ROM problem or some hardware malfunction.
