This is official rom ported from redmi note 3g , so it has all the features xiaomi devs included. They have made many changes in features since 5.11.19. That theme customization option is only available in china and modded roms. This is global version so you need xposed to activated that option.

things i known so far in 6.5.27 are....

MM system animation
shortcut menu (from miui 8)
some apps from Miui 8 like browser , gallary and file manager
and more

You cn try flashing over but i don't prefer because to avoid normal issues you need to factory reset.

hi....i m in love with this rom....
battery and smoothness is as like in cm12.1 based ROMs .....feels like MM due to animations...

very beautiful UI and themes customization like CM.....

KitKat based and well ported no bug at all....

just a minor issue that my friend mentioned about data connection after turning off it takes time to reconnect thats true....but i manage it by changing APN 2-3 times and it connects back....

just a awesome rom

I've returned to the miui 7.3.1...
If you are using cellular data then this ROM is quite disturbing... To me it was so annoying that I returned to miui 7.3.1... Now my cellular data network works good... ??
As Tirth Patel is the developer of both these ROM I thank to him to provide us such a great ROM... This ROM is no doubt good and the features from miui 8 are just awesome!

Apps getting uninstalled after a reboot

This ROM is working fine but one strange thing happened. I installed apps by super backup and when I restarted many apps disappeared (uninstalled) like WhatsApp, hike, Nova launxher and some others. As far as I remember I followed the usual procedure for ROM installation.. like wiping all but internal storage and then installing all patches in order. weird thing is the same thing happened with me one year back when I installed miui 5.
So, Can anybody please suggest me the cause and solution for this? Thanks in advance.

It's actually working very fine...
I've used it...
To prevent any bug(s) you should use TWRP 2.8.6.0
Wipe cache, system and delvic cache, data in advance options.
Then finally do factory reset
Then install the ROM...

Thanks man, I'll try that. Currently using 2.8.7. I didn't do factory reset in my install. Wiped caches, system n data. Didnt want to format my internal storage But i'll give it a try

it is twrp 2.8.7 (A310)
I tried with 3.0.2 but it failed to initiate the install. Read one post in the thread and moved to 2.8.7
even with 2.8.7 it failed first time after taking almost 5-7 minutes. Then I again cleared caches (I had done that first time also) and it got installed successfully. Then I followed the procedure as usual i.e. patches and wiping caches and reboot. I tried one old miui patchrom and there these apps didnt get uninstalled after reboot. But it has so mnuch Chinese stuff so i want to switch back to your rom.

Ok, I'm actually going to try your latest 7.3.1.0 build now.
Following steps-

1.wipe cache,dalvik,system,data.

2.go to mount settings JUST UNTICK "SYSTEM" & "DATA" ..dont untick cache

3.Now flash Rom,patch,supersu at same time.

4.wipe cache&dalvik only.

5. Reboot.

6. install xposed,miui extended reboot,miui tweaks.
(steps copied from madybawa's post in that thread.)

I hope that works flawlessly for me.


Edit: I followed the exact procedure and again Hike, whatsapp, swype and UC browser are gone. This time Nova launcher didnt go.

Can you please suggest a ROM to me.. doesn't matter cm, miui or LP,mm .. I just want a ROM that is stable ..no network issue.. decent battery.. No lags.. n some working themes.
I tried 2cm 12 Roms and they had one issue of blank unresponsive screen during call. I have still not found a issue-less working ROM since Sony z3 ROM by pinto.

Bro, if you don't use cellular data for Internet, then I'll suggest you cm13 based latest rom R46 by Tirth Patel... It is almost bug less expect mobile data connection... Otherwise it's a very good and smooth!
