Yes, tweaked build - and looks like setting selinux to permissive doesn't help...

Can you just flash part 1 and not worry about the system crap? Don't really feel like dling 2 gigs if data either lol coming from J.
I flashed the debloat without the build prop tweaks and now have no issue with reboot...just a suggestion as mine I believe has a conflict with sound mod Arise

I am almost 100% sure that one or two of the build.prop tweaks will interfere with any audio mods you might flash.. I seen this before.. I did not take in account of anyone flashing audio mods when I added them.
and thats also why I listed every single one.. and in your build.prop they are all labeled with comments so you an find them easy.. Just look though it and find the audio section and disable all that.... It might help.
But thats all up to you.. I rather have the good performance over some audio mod.. But for each their own..............
Reason I posted 3 flavors.. I never use the Main shutdown/reboot anyhow.. I use a widget called, rebooter, it was made for the G2 originally, used it on my G3.. and still use it on the V10 and my HTC10..
but it reboots/recovery/shutdown with no hangs.. Direct.................

it appears that the battery on my phone was the issue and thankfully i still had an extra battery from the promotion. swapped out the battery and managed to wipe and flash the rom. thought the os might have gotten corrupt which was the reason for the random reboots but even while in twrp the phone kept restarting. luckily it did not brick from restarting during flash multiple times.
i unlocked oem and rebooted and let it sit but have not instealled/flash root. any tips on the version thats working? i used to do nightly flashes way back in the day with other phones but im not in the know of systemless vs system root and how stable or if it even matters. dont use mobile payment but not sure if its worth having it for other apps that might be picky about root. dont even know of any. recommendations???

Mine was hanging on Quick Reboot app...weird if that was tied into the audio...but so far no issues..may try tweaked version again to isolate...thanks for all you do...kudos

I am in 20J of this ROM right now. Can I just flash Part 1 and Part 2 (say debloated tweaked) of 20L and get done with that or do I need any special set of steps to follow to keep root and the data.

I will look into the FC on HOME UI 4.0, matter of fact I might just rip the V20's and call it a day.......

Yes was a clean flash, its ok if i reflash part 1 and part 2 again, or i will cause a brick? im going to try the just the custom debloated
Dirty Flashed Part 2 coming from j. Had no issues, everything is working great! My only question is: Is there a way to get systemless root? Would like to use android pay, and possibly pokemon go. Thanks!
I got systemless root by just flashing the appropriate zips after letting part 2 settle
