@minhnewpro please reupload the files in "System Dump 2.19.400.1 Oreo U Ultra Dual SIM". I tried to relock bootloader in order to downgrade to nougat after flashing the rooted oreo from #1 but I got stuck in download mode, I tried to flash hboot from the tut at https://vnrom.net/2018/03/rom-stock-ruu-zip-cho-htc-u-ultra-ocean-note/ but fail all the time

You can downgrade to full stock android 7 and check OTA.

hi, flashed oreo rom rooted. Everything is works fine but Developer Options not working correctly. When USB Debugging option is checked PC or mac not recognizing device. Device recognizing only when USB Debugging turned off. What can I do? I'm a developer also. And I have to test my applications, without debugging option i can't do anything. Thanks in advance

I think you can try flash my custom rom, no need to flash full firmware.

I have flash the Stock Oreo Rooted but the cellular not work, it is not recognize my sims (1 or 2 sims not working). Anyone has the same problems? I am using Vietname version phone. I return from LineageOs 17.1
