Already I have downloaded and tested this ROM below.

Its smooth rom on my device, but when I freeze using Titanium some app its work unfortunately they will be back to be unfrozen after my device reboot.

I think it is related TO THE > PRELOAD / SYMLINK folder..

Which apps are you talking about?

This rom build a lot app from there, The Freeze function with Titanium - only freeze apk in the APP folder, after a reboot they are back again..
Use a Root Explorer to kill / Delete the apps from the Preload too.

The case occured when i use this rom only.
It has never been occured in almost all custom rom as long tried on my device for whatever app.
