You probably lost root because you updated the Superuser app. The OP says NOT to update it because it will break root. Onthe other hand, S-Health is tied to Knox (not root). The latest version of S-Health checks for an intact Knox. Since this ROM has Knox removed, it will not work with the updated version. Once the knox check is done, it will fail to load the app.
If it was updated, it was done automatically without my knowledge. Can I just revert to the previous version to regain root?

Never use S Health before and per OP suggestion install older version that work.... just tested and required Knox to work since @jovy23 deodexed rom are Knox free that's why didn't work.

EDIT:
Deleted the newer version since I updated.... then went back to older version from OP ...push it to system/priv-app/SHealth4.... set permission.....reboot.... work just fine now.

Download the old version of Shealth.apk from OP..... use root browser or any other root explorer ..... copy and paste into system/priv-app..... set permission..... then reboot..... follow my screenshots for guide[emoji4]

I have the latest update from tmobile, but can't I use this tar in download mode and go back? I know I can't root but was always able to use odin to downgrade right?
