Hi,

I hope someone is still following this thread as my telephone starts to be pretty outdated....

Since a week my phone no longer recognizes the SIM card, EMEI and base band are unknown. Thus I cannot use it. I tried a factory reset but that didn't help. It isn't rooted, not flashed, it is in original state. I've been reading a lot about mobile phone since this happened, and all is new to me... so I could use some help (fool proof help for a newbie... ). As far as I understand I can best reinstall the original software on it, i.e. root and flash (with Odin) with the original stock rom. Details of my phone are :

Samsung Galaxy I9003 S scl (GT-I9003) bought in Spain in 2012
PDA I9003XWKB4
CSC I9003OXXKB2
Froyo XWKB4
Kernel 2.6.32.9 root@SE-S608#1
Firmware version 2.2.1

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I need stock rom file : DDKB2_DDKA5_ODDKA6_HOME.tar

Would someone still have it somewhere ? All the downloads in this thread don't work any longer. SAMMobile have also eliminated them from their website. I cannot find this stock rom anywhere on the internet :crying:.
