I've been using eXistenZ for a few months and have really loved it. I even suggested it to others in posts on other threads because it's so stable....until now. I've been having a problem with flashlight and camera apps. Neither work and I've tried two different cams and flashlight apps. I re-installed eXistenz and that solved it...for a day. I've tried the re-install several times and even tried different kernels from Aroma Add-on but no luck..and... on my last try I'm getting "Failed to mount system. Device or resource busy" error which I've never gotten before. If I format system to fix that error, I'll lose user data right? Not sure that will even fix the cam/fl prob. Open to suggestions.

i'm using latest twrp to flash existenz and magisk,after succesfully flash and boot up twrp can't mount data (0mb),i don't want to format data and start all over again,so i saw your comment about this twrp,and immediately flash (new) twrp,now twrp can see internal storage,thx
but is it okay to do that?will it created another problem,or should i start over again with newflasher and flash(new)twrp,flash existenz,and magisk?

It should be fine, dont worry about re-doing everything unless you have problems :good:

Hey guys

Is there anything to do if SystemUI crashes?

Description:
It's almost every time I power on and sometimes it tells me SystemUI has stopped working. Other times it just freezes. I can restart with power + vol up only to meet the problem when the screen has been off for a while.

I've flashed selinux (don't remember the exact zip name) to make double tap to wake work and a native kernel.

Edit:
This might be a coincidence but I gave it a quick shake and could open from lock screen without restarting with power + vol up

I have a strange feeling that it's worse when there is much sunlight?

And when I turn location off it seems to work?

Flash the patch with the same model and build as the build you flashed with newflasher.
What does that mean? I need to install newflasheride while throwing software sos pşlease

      • Flash latest Pie firmware with Newflasher.
      • Flash latest TWRP.
      • Flash Magisk.
      • Boot the firmware fully once.
      • Reboot in recovery (Power off then press Power and volume down in the same time, when it vibrate, release power), Wipe Data, Cache and Dalvik/ART Cache.
      • Flash the patch with the same model and build as the build you flashed with newflasher.
