Did @jrkruse release it? Or were you stalking his AFH files? People have done that before and I don't recommend that, he will upload thing to share with others to test and may have bugs. Sharing his links without checking will only cause trouble. Last time people did that on his/our MM builds he started uploading to private files. Would you like that to happen again? Think before you post there may be a reason he didn't post it here. Just letting people know before devices are bricked flashing bootloaders.

Just an FYI..... I had my battery changed in my S7 Edge for the second time in a year. Samsung Service Center tech said that running the ENG kernel is bad for the phone's components. Because the phone runs way hotter, it will cause the screen, battery, and charging components to fail. Which is what happened to my phone. Last May, a new screen, and battery. Less than a year later, another battery.... just a warning for people.... no more ENG kernel for me.....

I would choose to debloat manually in aroma so as to leave the Samsung apps required for the VR...

Do you or anyone else know which apps are required for VR? Also I have an AT&T S7 Edge, will this work or do I need to refer to another thread or custom rom?

I apologize for all the questions, I've been searching for 2 days but it's so cluttered with Exnyos crap that it's hard to find accurate data. I appreciate your patience.

Thank you for all your help,

Sulinjr

The actual Vr apps are installed when phone us connected the first time, but you will need the basic Samsung apps like galaxy store, etc.

Hey there mate,
For that same reason to avoid those issues, that is why I STATED @jrkruse 's link to the updated V7 ROM. I am referring to the LINK not the actual files or database. I respect him and any developer else around this community.
To be honest, I personally flashed that V7 ROM and worked flawlessly. I did not access his files or AFH, I just forwarded the link from the VZN Forum :
HTML:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-s7-edge/development/rom-t3569416
So without further do, just next time reserve your words and time to actually do any good or supportive without doing any research...PLUS... @jrkruse is facing personal issues, that is why he haven't had the chance to make an appearance. I just wish he is doing better.

Ok I stand corrected on the AFH files but I believe I know @jrkruse better than you since I've been developing with him for about 2 years and talk with him all the time. Also not cool saying he is having personal issues when that's false. So yes I do have most of my info correct about the link you posted and I stand by my statement if he wanted it posted he would have done so. As for your respect for developers on xda I feel you have disrespected myself and the awesome @jrkruse.
