[ROM][T710/T715][8.x] LineageOS 15.1 20190204

I just finished building DU pie for the bullhead (Google Nexus 5x) so I will start tomorrow building for the tab S2.
It took me lot of time because I never did all this before but now it will be lot faster.
PS: I'm at univeristy(computing engineering) so I'm not doing this full time but only in my (very small) free time.

Also as bonuzz don't share his work (nothing available on his github), I will take more time...

The git being empty is a bummer.
If you have to start from scratch, maybe it would make more sense to make a LineageOS 16.0 rom instead.
There are a few for the T713,T719,T819, and T813.
Perhaps you could use them for a base to work from.

Regardless of what you spend your time on, thank you for considering to work on the T710.

all of the source files are up at github.com/ripee
latest build fixed video camera

wifi 5gz works, fingerprint works, camer and video recorder works
aosp camera and video have an issue related to the viewfinder window sizing, but it works.
bluetooth works playing audio

Did a dirty flash of this over the last one from Bonunzzz. Got a boot loop that doesn't make it past the Galazy Tab S2 text logo.
I guess the lesson here is don't dirty flash if you were thinking about it.

Uhh I noticed the gts28ltexx build is up and ready
Just flashed it and it works great! The only thing what's not working is the modem, beside that everything runs very smooth, very cool!!

A T715 build without working modem is nice, but useless
