I switched to hardware baked keystore, so yes, you have to make clean install if you used encrypted data partition before.

exFAT microSD cards are working on this test build as well. This is great!
BTW, do you test your ROM rooted? If so, what do you use to root it. With Magisk I have severe bugs with sound, and the Lineage SU one doesn't really work well (I don't know why that would happen, so I'm going to revert to the default boot.img instead of the restored one through Magisk).

lineage su addon is not included here anymore.
I use magisk 16.4 for root. But my tab s2 usage is limited as I have different tablet for main use.
What exactly issues do you have with sound?

I tried out PHH SU (which didn't want to install) and the addon-SU from LOS was kinda broken (I accidentally disabled dev options and then I could no longer access SU permissions or disable or enable it). Either way, I went back to magisk, which somehow doesn't have issues anymore.
Regarding my sound issues, when I flashed magisk I always had media issues: gboard would not make any sounds when typing, youtube would load videos really slowly and then media volume would be disregarded. I wasn't able to change media volume and while in that playback session it would stay at the one it was when the video started.
After this, I uninstalled Magisk completely through the included interface, and didn't have any issues anymore. After trying out anything other than SuperSU, I went back to Magisk and I don't have issues with it. Before, the problems described earlier would occur on every boot, but now I cannot reproduce it anymore.
The UI was also smoother when running unrooted/LOS addon, and I can't understand why. If they happen again, I'll take a logcat.

I'll check later. Anyway this is a test build. It means I don't do deep test and just check the stuff what I've changed. So some errors and performance degradations could be here.

No, if you read the OP (or just the title) you'll notice that is clearly written for T710/T715 only

The steps would probably help.
Boot to download -- Odin (3.10.7) -- smt710_cf-autoroot
Reboot to download -- Odin -- twrp_3.1.0-1_sm-t710_13317
Reboot to download -- Odin -- t710_5.1.1_boot
Boot to TWRP
Adv wipe all but the Micro SD
Install one of the above ROMs
Wipe cache/dalvik
reboot
Am I missing a step? Using the wrong version of something?

So I guess what I'm having is the Error 7 for that Assert lines? Seems to be working now.
Hi everyone, as I said, I installed this ROM on my sm-710, (I'm using it right now)
I love this ROM, it works just perfect and with android 8.1. I can confirm the mic is not working, but everything else I've tried works perfectly. If you want new to test something in particular just tell me.
