Installation Failed

Any one here that can assist me on installing this ROM, tried all including clean install but after installation it keeps poping out error "Unfortunatel, System UI has Stopped"

Which version did you try out, I tried installing from Version 10 to latest but keeps on failing with Error poping out for System UI!!

Latest Rom, Version 11 ist working but First Boot takes Like 10, 15 mins.
