Euro 3G Xoom Problem - no APN or carrier settings SIM card is not recognized at all

All,

long story short:


Went back to Hammerhead where:


Version 2.1
Fixed all the application signatures - Google applications should update fine now.
All of the language packs are now incorporated into this rom
European 3g support should be 100% working now.
Native screenshot is back

now what I see is:

Data enabled

Data roaming

System select (change CDMA roaming mode) - I am on GSM!

Activate device.

Thats it for Mobile network settings menu.

I found a temporary workaround here:

this is lowtraxx's 3.2 localized for Europe all working fine now. its also based on Tiamat so I am on 3.2 now

diigibio wrote in my q&a thread he has some information on how to get Hammerhead to work on EURO 3g Xoom.

So far I can confirm that lowtraxx's solution works fine. Updates will follow on this.

Just resd the first page for descriptions and one thing came to mind...

So for a quick question, does this rom enable mass storage or we still need to do file transfer via mtp?

Any reply would be much appreciated.

yeah ..

this is pretty outdated.. 3.2 was long ago.

UMS will never exist on the Xoom. End of story. Now go on over to the EOS3 or EOS4 thread and try again.
