What version of TWRP is everyone using? Last night while on surfing the internet my Note 2 FC'd. I rebooted. Then it got stuck in the Whomp reboot screen. Pulled battery, rebooted, and couldn't get past reboot screen. did this 3-5 times prior to my battery dying. Charged it overnight. The spent the last 8 hours wiping everything, loading Whomp V4.2 and TWRP 2.6.3. I was on Whomp V4.0 and TWRP 2.3. If I leave the charged plugged into a receptacle and phone, the phone works. As soon as I unplug the micro USB from the phone it reboots and gets stuck in Samsung reboot screen. While the micro USB is unplugged I can't even gain access to TWRP (Vol Up, Home, and Power button at same time.) While waiting for Samsung reboot screen to disappear, the battery drains to 3% to 4% within 10 minutes of trying to reboot to recovery.
So, I'm wondering if TWRP 2.6.3 is causing my problems. I've verified my Whomp MD5sum. Downloaded and reflashed Whomp 4.2 3 different times. Phone still FCs and gets stuck in Sprint Reboot as soon as I remove the micro USB. Help.

Just noticed that in Whom 4.0 and 4.2 the battery shows 100% while leaving the charger on. I pulled the battery and verified that I do have 4.18 Volts using a digital multimeter. However, as soon as I unplug the charger, the phone FCs and gets stuck in the Samsung Boot screen. I then enter TWRP and the battery stat on near the top of the TWRP screen shows 4%. I've noticed that TWRP won't recognize the external drive and associated ROM zip files at this battery level.
The battery shows 4.18 volts so it appears fine. Why would TWRP not recognize the full battery level?
