Instructions
download rom
boot into recovery
Factory Reset. (wipe data,cache,system and dalvik cache)
after flashing rom there will be unlocked bootloader warning but dont worry it will boot
dont flash gapps (untested)
if you want to use google apps after bootup then use google installer app from here
