That server is the most consistent after HTCFanboys one on this forum. I just tried it and it downloaded on mine in less than 6 minutes, first go (IE9).
May be try a different browser, unless anyone has a mirror?

Link from the first post is DEFINITELY working from where I am. Nothing wrong with that link. Yes, it could be internet speeds or server side issues on your end. But as long as link from the first post goes, that is where I got the ROM downloaded after that post and mirrored it RyoTGZ_AT&T-Stock_8835_FullUnlockV1.1.rar - 318.5 MB

Are you trying to download this one AT&T Stock 7.8 8835 w/Full Unlock ?

I just downloaded from two different internet connections with no issues. Try drupads link when he's ready.

I've already PM'd him a mirror link (now it's in the post above) - but seems he can't download from there either! I highly doubt it has anything to do with file download. He probably has super slow connection or the one that keeps dropping out?

not slow connection 120 mbs dpwnload around 10 min and download shows complete . i also tried with my office connection .. same problem and tried with mobile 3g android deivce still same ...

by the by i am now in india .

Its the default by author of the full unlock, ultrashot. You can change the default in settings.

I'm having a little problem with your latest version (I only flashed a week ago): the marketplace isn't checking for updates reliably. I only find most of my updates by searching for the app, and when I view the details it recognizes there is a new version.

Pretty sure thats the same hardware. Were you able to perform the HSPL unlock? If so, the ROM should work for you.

Haven't tried yet, wanted to make sure first. Do I risk messing up my phone if the HSPL unlock fails?

So.. I went ahead and tried to install the 2.05 MFG SPL on my HTC Ultimate (Brazilian HTC Titan) and got the following: ERROR [294]: INVALID VENDER ID.

I have some issues :
- My tiles photos ==> there only 2 tiles size : the small one, the half one
I loose the larger tile, what can i do?

I erase tile photo and then i put it again on my screen but still not ok

When i launch advanced config, i can see version 7.10.8835 et not 7.5 or 7.8, that's good?

Do you have any plans about the RTM 7.8 ? - The one offered by Ultrashot only supports radio 17.

I tried but lamost lost my 3g connection altogether.
