HTC Titan 7.8 8835 Europe stock base w/Full Unlock V1.1b

****[Purpose of this ROM]****
To stay as true as possible to the Stock Europe ROM that comes on the Titan. That means no extra settings, fluff or junk pumped into the ROM. All original HTC applications are left intact, updatable, and uninstallable.

Speech recognition now launches

Games live tile now has the Xbox logo (instead of chess pieces)
Marketplace icon lost its WP logo sometimes

[Known issues]
-Some live tiles only change color after a reboot or tile resize

[NOTES]
1. You must have Hard-SPL installed on your Titan first!
2. Ensure the battery has a 60% charge or higher
3. Use the RUU to flash. I recommend the Titan Advanced RUU by Barin
4. Ensure you have radio ROM v17 installed on your phone.

Caution: Using custom ROMs and flashing HSPL can void your warranty. There is even a chance of bricking devices when flashing any ROM and HSPL. These ROMs were tested and no issues were found, but your experience may be different. If you need to send your device in for repair, be sure to flash back to stock ROM and SPL.

It is multilanguage, but unable to confirm all characters display. I've seen issues reported for other ROMs.

BTW, this has the default font that all other stock ROMs have.

This means it doesn't have WP7.8 fonts issue. All fonts are clear and no weird spacing after J etc. As far as English goes. Don't know about all other languages. But don't see how it might be an issue.

FINALLY!! YES!! I've been wanting to have a full-unlock Titan without the crappy apps I don't really care about!! Thanks so much! But I'm just gonna download it for now, I don't know if I should risk losing all my sms and game progress for full-unlock :-/

The good thing is you can backup your new SMS and game saves after going full-unlock.

Don't have that calendar issue. Is it Windows Live calendar? I've seen this being mentioned at a few places before too.

BTW: Just to point out, the TellMe is working charmingly if the language is selected as English US even after the ROM is installed and set up. Reboot phone after changing language and TellMe is spot on!

Works with my windows live calendar. I also have an exchange calendar and it shows. Try opening the calendar, open settings and toggle your calendar off and on. See if that helps at all.

I finally found where these logos live. It's not really a Chinese games hub, but what Microsoft calls the generic games hub logo. I am testing a new version of the ROM with these modifications.

I finally found where these logos live. It's not really a Chinese games hub, but what Microsoft calls the generic games hub logo. I am testing a new version of the ROM with these modifications.

Thanks for looking into it, its just that the logo is the one they're using in China for chinese windows phones. It does show the new dark green tile with xbox live logo at first, but after it syncs with your microsoft account it changes to the spades icon. I'm also willing to pay 10 bux if the writing in about section that says "firmware compiled by" is removed. That is all.
