Calls not coming

Facing a big issue.When someone calls to my phone it says the user is busy when actually i am not.I tried from different carriers and phones.No one can call to my phone.Messages come but not calls.It doesnt ring or show nything in my phone.

Overclocking always causes "drain". And this is a themed rom based on mik's CM7 and franco's kernel so you should point out your findings to them. You could also try to flash the newest testing kernel (here) and maybe test out SmartassV2.

Everything fixed.It was the old baseband that caused the problem.Updated to the new one and now its ok.

Can i update the kernel to franco.Kernel | .v1-16082011 | .v1.1-29082011(testing) ?

PS: i'll consider moving completely to ur forum since i cant stand mods of this site too... asked ton of times for a good moderator and nothing, asked a ton of times to improve this forums and nothing.. gave many suggestions to improve our forum and remained unheard... other devs like francisco and mik should do the same, and so, keeping XDA just for the randomish/noobish everyday questions and spam of course...

I think the problem is not related to both the ROM nor OC, coz everybody sets min and max to their CPU, if the CPU stays maximum, then there lies the problem.

Maybe you should check what CPU stats, install CPU notify and you'll be able to see CPU progression.

I'm using mik cm7 6.5.7 and i applied zdune theme which i downloaded from android general now for transparent status bar i had to patch i don't know the process can i use d patch provided by dr notor which he used in this rom????

Well I've set it to smartass which is supposed to.make sure all that stuff is automated. I have fully charged my phone, and going to kill it to see what happens after applying smartass

UPDATE: so my phone lasts only for 6 hours :|

all of it seems to be for phone idle...i thought this ROM would fix my battery drain problems, not make them worse!

Has anyone tried all the optons and setting in MIUI camera and got no FC's ?

Well... actually... i tried most of them and didn't have a FC!
Being more honest and explicit, there was 1 time when I actually forced all the options on the phone while taking a shot (BEFORE I let the auto-focus finish it's job) and that delayed the app camera in such a way, it poped the window for "force close", but even at that point I pressed "wait" and eventually everything ended up fine!

Btw I swaped the MIUI Gallery app for QuickPic and so far... no troubles of any kind! (the miui gallery seems nice and all but... QuickPic is simply the best and LIGHTEST gallery app I've ever seen so far).

Other than that, I'm using Franco's Kernel from 30th August with CPU freqs @ 480~600 and Minmax governor.
So far from "mostly" on standby (or "light use" aside Texting and playing the desktop or occasional Internet use ), the battery went from 100% to 80%... wait for it... in 29 hours!

So far... Francos kernel and this Rom do seem like a good combo
