I don't understand what you mean, I used the latest version of the rom, also, I'm sure I wasn't encrypted, I had just unlocked bl and hadn't setup any codes/ locks nor anything, went straight on to installing BluSpark's TWRP. Also, woken up at around 7:30 to see it turning on by itself. Hadn't seen anything like it before. Still doing it now.I think it might have something to do with the swiping thing. I forgot what it said, but I'm certain that I didn't swipe it. Lemme see if I can find a pic of it on google.

This is what popped up and I clicked "Keep Read Only"
I can only still boot into fastboot.

Also, I've tried reflashing both TWRP and both stock recovery, just keeps on doing the bootloop. I'm looking to do the "Mega unbrick guide" however when try to update drivers it mentions that they're "Already the best drivers". At this point, I really don't know what to do. Also the splash screen image and the animation were chosen to be replaced, maybe another reason as to why it's bootlooping?
Yeah, swipe to allow modifications!
I was meaning if you're using android pie or oreo... okay
Flash TWRP through fastboot mode and REBOOT IMEDIATLY INTO RECOVERY MODE, so you are in TWRP; Swipe to allow modifications, wipe data, dalvik, cache and system, flash a ROM and look what happen... it should boot.

If you have troubles, and it doesn't work you will need to FORMAT DATA PARTITION through TWRP cause DM-Verity force to encrypt the partitions using stock OOS (never used theOs3 - don't know if it's patched)
Make sure you have a backup from your data and internal storage - do it through TWRP mounted as MTP - because when you format your DATA, ALL IN YOUR INTERNAL STORAGE WILL BE ERASED TOO!

Edit: yeah, it's patched :good:
Edit2: Using the official TWRP is highly recommended https://eu.dl.twrp.me/oneplus3/

Ok so, I can't even boot to TWRP, I've tried this:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot reboot recovery
Still shows the custom slashscreen for a split second then shows the unlocked bl message and then as soon as slash screen shows again it proceeds to carry on turning off and on repeatedly.

Boot using the bootloader menu or button-combo, not FASTBOOT COMMAND please

Boot using the bootloader menu or button-combo, not FASTBOOT COMMAND please
Button combo still does bootloop and so does the fastboot menu thingy "Recovery mode". Ignore it, I locked bootloader again (took 10 mins since the people at Oneplus had messed up their settings Yes was no and no was yes) then flashed stock recovery and now I'm trying to flash stock OOS. However, could the custom splashimage cause an error? I had it done thru adb sideload and it goes to 50% then gives a fail. I hope it's my download that's wrong but oh well, if you have any ideas please lmk and also tell me if the custom splash image could cause an error.
Thanks.

Asuming you're using THE LASTEST OFFICIAL TWRP

Download the correct official OOS 9.0.5 for your model
1. Boot into fastboot and unlock your bootloader
2. Flash TWRP and when your're done
3. Boot into RECOVERY by keeping Power + Volume Down button pressed.
4. Wipe cache, dalvik, data and system
5. FORMAT DATA (data and internal storage will be erased!)
6. Copy the zip file from Stock OOS to your phone by connecting your PC/laptop while still in TWRP or to an USB drive and conncet it to your phone, In TWRP main menu > mount > USB OTG
7. Install menu > flash OOS
8. Reboot into recovery to retain it
9. Reboot system, you're done

The first system boot lasts a few minutes, you're ready to flash the custom ROM from OP ;)

Ok so, that didn't work, doesn't boot into recovery still. I gave it to my friend and explained what happened, as far as I can tell this is how he fixed it:
-Flashed TWRP
-Locked bootloader
- Set the system as something
- Booted into TWRP (somehow worked) it gave the Swipe thingy and he clicked Read only.
- Then he moved the OOS Stock 9.0.5 file over. Flashed it and boom it booted.
Either way, thanks a lot! I know for a fact that I'm not gonna flash anything, EVER!

:weird: I'm glad you achived it :good:
If you set TWRP in read only mode you won't be able to flash any file to modify /system partition, but systemless tools.
