Yeah, swipe to allow modifications!I don't understand what you mean, I used the latest version of the rom, also, I'm sure I wasn't encrypted, I had just unlocked bl and hadn't setup any codes/ locks nor anything, went straight on to installing BluSpark's TWRP. Also, woken up at around 7:30 to see it turning on by itself. Hadn't seen anything like it before. Still doing it now.I think it might have something to do with the swiping thing. I forgot what it said, but I'm certain that I didn't swipe it. Lemme see if I can find a pic of it on google.
This is what popped up and I clicked "Keep Read Only"
I can only still boot into fastboot.

Also, I've tried reflashing both TWRP and both stock recovery, just keeps on doing the bootloop. I'm looking to do the "Mega unbrick guide" however when try to update drivers it mentions that they're "Already the best drivers". At this point, I really don't know what to do. Also the splash screen image and the animation were chosen to be replaced, maybe another reason as to why it's bootlooping?
I was meaning if you're using android pie or oreo... okay
Flash TWRP through fastboot mode and REBOOT IMEDIATLY INTO RECOVERY MODE, so you are in TWRP; Swipe to allow modifications, wipe data, dalvik, cache and system, flash a ROM and look what happen... it should boot.
If you have troubles, and it doesn't work you will need to FORMAT DATA PARTITION through TWRP cause DM-Verity force to encrypt the partitions using stock OOS (never used theOs3 - don't know if it's patched)
Make sure you have a backup from your data and internal storage - do it through TWRP mounted as MTP - because when you format your DATA, ALL IN YOUR INTERNAL STORAGE WILL BE ERASED TOO!

Edit2: Using the official TWRP is highly recommended https://eu.dl.twrp.me/oneplus3/
