Phone dosen't boot up - HELP

Hi, forgive me if my question seems silly, novice here.
I am coming from stock oneplus 3T
then unlocked bootloader, got Twrp set up as per instructions.
TWRP started successfully , then did a clean install following the procedure given here except didn't wipe the Vendor (not shown in TWRP).
the proceeded to install the OS 9.0.6 - completed successfully.
aroma went back to Twrp. i pressed reboot system.
Now the phone dosen't respond. not charging. no feedback for any button.
complete newbie here. Any help is much appreciated.

So I am on oos 9.0.6 so I can just dirty flash this rom without wiping? And in doing so do I still select magisk or not since I am already running magisk 20.1 and what about substratum? Do I have to Uninstall my overlays before flashing this rom?

For some reason magisk did not install during flashing even after I selected. Twice. I had to install twrp and magisk separately after boot. Fyi I dirty flashed from previous version and had latest magisk already.

After such a long time from OOS 9.0.4, yesterday I dirty flash latest OOS 9.0.6 (thanks to team) without wiping before and after installation.
Running successfully but the problem is that TWRP recovery and ROOT lost.
Pls help

I'm on 9.0.4, any notable differences?

The differences are:
* Security patch update
* general bug fixes and improvements
* Magisk update
* GMS apps update

You can see it in the last update post by the OP (a few posts back) and in the changelog post on the first page.

You can decide if that is worth updating or not for yourself

I am running on oos 9.0.6 I really want to try this rom. Do you know If I can dirty flash this rom on oos. And do you like it

If you are on bootlocked stock rom, you can't install directly. You have to unlock bootloader and install a recovery. I dirty flashed over previous version of this rom and don't have any problems.

Yes after installing the rom i had flashed magisk and then rebooted and twrp was gone and so did root.
So fastbooted twrp and flashed magisk again for root.

i'm using op3
I think that maybe something wrong with the script .I have unchecked google calendar on the debloat option screen,but it turned into Google Music after i boot into OS

oneplus 3 ,i'm using theone3os.
i just consider that theone3os and theone3Tos are using the same scripts when flashing
i re-flashed the rom by "clean flash" and found Google music wasn't one the debloat screen(i'm wrong before)

TWRP is gone when 9.0.6 ROM flashed. Tried many times.

9.0.6 basically flashed the stock rom without any customisation, so no TWRP, no Magisk and included all the Google and OnePlus apps even if they were selected in aroma

Just flashed 9.0.6 on my OnePlus 3T. I'm having lag/stutter when I'm playing music through Spotify. Made sure that the RAM and CPU consumption are low (so nothing interferes with Spotify), chose "Don't Optimize" for Sppotify in the Battery Optimization and disabled HW Overlays and Forced GPU Rendering.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

After Flashing the ROM + Add-on ( installed before logging in ) , TWRP was gone and once logged in no sign of magisk and no root, all the debloated APP i selected in the installation process where still there. No sign of the add-on modules
