I have not put any effort into sprint as most of you guys are rev 5 bootloader so none of this will work on rev 5

Hundreds of people have figured it out. Maybe this isn't for you.
Please don't mind.... what i did was this:
1. Flashed this verizon firmware G935VVRU4BQF2_G935VVZW4BQF2 using odin
2. Then in download mode i started the package ( as instructed)
3. I am able to install both parts... but after the installation there are no features as mentioned... i mean there is no s8 apps its just simple verizon rom on tmobile.

I humbly request to please guide me if im wrong somewhere plz plz

Funny thing is I am on 5BRA1 and running your hybrid rom the Ufirmware Hybrid. It's running flawlessly. I've actually been trying to get the Oreo rom that you have working on here. Dude these have been great and I know you don't like working on the Sprint but man keep up the great work cause I'm on your rom with T-Mobile kernel selected and it is FIYAH. As long as you have created for T-Mobile I'm good and like so very much people I absolutely despise Sprint. I couldn't pass up this summer edge though. At $170 for a clean gold one, I'd be crazy to pass that up. Only problem with these phones is that dang root. Man I really hate the rooting on these phones. Absolutely terrible. But once you get past it and on one of your rooms, absolutely no regrets. So back to fidgeting with the Oreo rom you made. Thanks man. Quick question, do you use superr's kitchen to build or do you edit Android kitchen to accept the s7 roms? I want to tinker with roms but I don't want to jump in head first without at least a helmet on.

This one that jrkruse had in the Verizon section of the forums. I obviously can't flash the bootloader because it is on v4 and I'm on v5 but if only i could use the AP by itself. I tried that with some issues and it doesn't flash over and I had to do the whole return to stock as ND back to where I'm good. Although still tempted to try and get it to work. I'm wondering also if there is a way to boot a cmport over and flash it the same way as this, but, not too sure. I've bricked many devices and try to steer clear of my curiosity but once again I am curious haha.

Can someone please post screenshots of their settings app.... I have some additional settings... It seems that two firmwares of different variants are installed. Although everything works fine except the keyboard... which pop ups a bit late whenever i need to type....it seems that i have two of everything

When you have the keyboard that types like the old school Nokia phones then you have a problem. Happened to me once. I would suggest reflashing again. Seemed like you used a csc file to flash after you flashed rom..

Reflashed again... still the same issue.

I used this verizon stock fmw G935VVRU4BQF2_G935VVZW4BQF2
and then flashed the rom...
any other suggestion??

One more question.... why should i flash this rom when we have the U firmware... i dont see any difference... or maybe my rom is not properly flashed.

Not sure why you would need it if you were on U already. And if you weren't, the reason and problem we would be simple it's right there......... No one said, well I didnt, to flash anything stock! So I've been wasting my time with replying. Well, that's the last I will post.
