U can't downgrade bootloader binary.

Of course you can, you need to flash stock rom with Odin and it's done, btw, I had to do that because you created and up with some real issues that you won't fix.

This ROM is for Android 8.1 Oreo, not for Android 10.
Moreover this ROM is dead.

I suggest re-flashing stock via odin.
