Im not the dev of this rom, but all i can say is that u cant have twrp on this rom. Why? Coz the kernel doesnt let u do it. Ofc u can use slim or omni kernel
which have built in twrp but they will break signal totally (believe me i tried it).

Only way i see u need to flash rom again, what will flash correct kernel and foramt and flash system again, so twrp will be gone. But as u wrote "I have no recovery" u cant do nothing with ur phone.
However if u have usable wifi and root, u can use terminal emulator to flash kernel (it should have builtin cwm). Im not sure if it will work as we have only "outside" usable fastboot
, and im not sure what command(s) u should use as i dont know how partitions are mounted

About no data, i dont know why u dont have it. I dont know if u have lte or nonlte z ultra, but if u have different model than c6833 u should flash c6833 ftf (its safe) before flashing rom, coz all rom are made for c6833 (only "bug" is that u will have not working lte (can be easly disabled)).

Put phone in flash mode.
Flash stock image using flashtool.

afterwards you can
fastboot flash a boot.img of a custom rom and have a recovery again

I flashed this ROM two days ago and is very impressed. Really smooth, feature rich and stable (I experienced a few reboots caused by undervolting I think, reverted to stock voltage on GreatDevs V1) and a decent replacement for PAC. In fact, I like AICP more than Lollipop.;)

So I hope this ROM will stay in development.

This is a nice ROM. Smooth, no force closing, installed without a hitch and battery time is nice so far.

Only slight show stopper is the nav bar breaking in landscape mode (I tried 285, 290, 295 and 300 all a no-go) - this can be offset by using appbar but is still a little tricky!

Great work, dev!

I think we are all quite busy as well. I might have more time just before christmas but the next two weeks will be flat out (4,500 beehives to move on to honey crops before the holidays)

I gave carbon LP a shot over the weekend but it's not there yet, has display/hw issues that aren't in CM.

One more question: Does this rom support Low Ennergy bt? I know that our phone supports it, but some others (dont if not Z) support it only after update to 4.4.2. So how is with us?

I just bought Smartband (waiting for it) so better if its supported :D

I really enjoyed this ROM but was forced to revert to GPe 4.4.4 of one reason: memory leaks. With the same configuration I always use (but with less Xposed modules on AICP), my RAM decreased gradually and reached less than 200 MB free with noticeable sluggishness. GPe gives me around 3 times more available memory, constantly. Trying to clean didn't help much either.

If anyone knows a solution that can stop this memory leak, I will be happy to return to AICP since I really enjoy the feature set and everything else.

Ive never got to less than 400-500mb even with lots of appsand few games after week w/o reboot.
Im rarelly using greenify (turned off auto) and have some apps like fb, g+ in prevent running module

Can say that carbon is better with memory managment, but here i have stll plenty of free ram

This sounds interesting. In my case, I use the same apps independent of ROM (restore from the same Titanium Backup) and with my configuration, I have around 300-600 MB free on GPe (with apps running that is - newly started around 700-900 MB free) and can recover RAM while on AICP, I ended up having less than 200 MB after a while with cleaning providing a very slight improvement, leading to a need to reboot.

In my case, I disable a lot of autostarting apps and the only ones I make memory resident (system apps) are DS Battery Saver, Tasker and Swapps since I don't want them to close because of low memory so they are constantly running.

Perhaps I should give AICP another go and see if I can trace the problem but it seems like something is causing a memory leak since I doesn't seem to recovery much memory even by closing all apps and make a quick cleaning with Clean Master.

Edit: In my case, I have serious RAM problems within 24 hours. Strangely enough, same apps, same blocked autostart etc on GPe give a completely different result. Only difference is that I have more Xposed modules than in AICP (GravityBox is one of them).

As not killable i set greenify, handcent, aqua mail, avast, power toggles, walkman, pimp my z1, lmt launcher and ~30 xposed modules (maybe few more apps i dont remember)
Im not using any memory apps.

For example now i have 700-800 of free ram (its changing). W/o using greenify or something (dont see need for it). Phone is on for last 5 days non stop, no lags for now.
There are problems with launcher, but it can be coz im using apex BETA with zooper widgets

That sounds almost like what I have with GPe. Perhaps time to give AICP another go. Last time I used it I had the stock kernel since GreatDevs V1 had a tendency of causing some random reboots.

What was strange with my memory problem was the fact that I didn't see anything abnormal in the task manager/recents - i.e. not many apps open that could explain why I had 200 MB available.

It looks like I will give it another go very soon then.

    What is AICP?
AICP is known by many Android users as Ice Cold Project that started on HTC Desire HD and since than evolved as a mature rom with the BEST community you can find!!!
Rom has always been AOKP based so expect all AOKP goodies + new additions are brought to you in an instance.
If you come up with any bug, either we will sort them or AOKP team will do what is necessary if it concerns their modifications.
This rom is NOT supported by AOKP, so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

    What's Broken:
    • You tell... :p

    ROMS
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy KK.
You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.

    How to flash:

    • Don't do it if you don't know it
    • ROM has GAPPS, custom dpi & xposed persistance in between dirty flashes
    • Make sure you are either on any KitKat ROM (CM11, etc) or on 4.4.2 Sony based ROM and NOT on 4.3 (or older) Sony based ROM
    • Make sure your Bootloader is unlocked!
    • Download the latest build
    • Download Gapps
    • Take a nandroid backup
    • Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
    • Flash ROM using any recovery
    • Flash Gapps
    • Reboot.
    • Enjoy!

Navigation-Bar breaks in landscape mode if dpi is set to the standart 320dpi and a bit of +- range from there.
Seems to be a problem on other devices too.
    280dpi works fine again
