• Security Patches are 5 August 2018, which should be 5 November 2019. It's a Google fault

Installation

• Reboot to TWRP.
• Go to Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Check System > run Resize System.
• Go to Install > choose your ROM > Swipe to flash. (same steps for gapps).
• I'd advice to run factory reset with stock recovery if you have one

I have problem with with this rom and differently opengapps. When I do first boot, then gapps go to infinity loading. You can do skip google autorization and copy data, but after this google services shows error related with sms in google services permissions. Maybe this error is due to the lack of sms-application, I don't know.

I test it with gapps pico and never have such problems. also next time post a screenshot nor logcat to fix it.
