BUGS

One first launch My Magazines says fcs sometimes
Note 3 Launcher might fc if so download this Note 3 Launcher and Weather Widget
Can't set the lockscreen wallpaper from the homescreen, but you can in the display settings flashing Note 3 Launcher and Weather Widget fixes it.
When in Gallery trying to share pictures causes it to fc. Hasn't happen to me but others have reported it.
If you have no data in cdma/lte but 3g in cdma only. Flash mk3 modem, update profile and prl.
Wanam hidden torch doesn't seem to work or is incompatible.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE 4.3 FIRMWARE. SO HAVE NO FEAR OF FLASHING THIS BECAUSE OF KNOX

Steps for Flashing:
1.Update your recovery to the latest
2.Download ROM
3.Factory Reset (Data not internal storage, and System)
4.Flash Rom
5.Reboot

Everything's running good for me. My magazine did have some FCS like the OP said, but I froze it using TB.

Wanam Xposed mods are working too.

Just flashed this rom, one thing I noticed is that you can't set the lockscreen wallpaper from the homescreen, but you can in the display settings, not that big of deal but annoying none the least.
