I have an issue with Recent Apps on 11.1. I cant change the style. I have reflashed the rom three times now.

I will try to get a log if needed.
Is it possible to also swap back the function of the menu key, to have menu on short press?

That worked perfectly!

I love the new look recent apps got with the fix.

Tip, if you want to keep it that way. Dont change it in Hyper Tools. Then you need to flash the fix again to go back.
