Double flash the rom after a "complete" wipe. ..
It'll work. ..

My device was the second one to flash this build after release. ..and it had the exact same issue. ..but a double flash did the trick. ..

Have fun, there's some good ones to choose from.

If you have the need to go back to stock, Zen's builds are perfect for that.

Or if you want a stock base and add what you want go ButtNaked. <--------Shameless Plug

I like the NE5 build more than the NJ1.

But like G said, try the double flash, eZ spend a lot of time of this ROM, and it shows.

I think I found a problem but its really hard to replicate.

The phone locks up and reboots sometimes when rotating from portrait to landscape. It was only doing it every once in a while in the camera so I figured it might be a bug since I am using the stock jelly bean camra but it just did it twice in a row in the youtube app. Its really rare but common enough be be a major headache.

I have to disable screen rotate. This literally makes the rom unusable.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Ive been running this rom for quite some time....no issues are you sure its not user error. ...a mod or a module or something

And are you using xposed mods ??
If yes...start debugging there...

Also...if restoring data or apps with TIBU...you risk issues there as well...g

Yes wanam xposed and a few others. Not sure how titanium could be a problem. What other choice do I have? I can't just start over on every new rom.

I think my reboot problems are the wanam xposed module. With just it disabled the reboots seemed to stop.

I have it re enabled with nothing changed and I am going to make one change at a time and see if I can figure out whats doing it. I will report back for the people that like to use this module.

wanam is a lost cause. Its a problem that I guess the developer doesn't want to address. Its been reported but it is what it is. I got some of the mods I wanted out of gravitybox. not as good but its the only fix I can find. Hope this helps others.

It must depend on what settings you change with wanam, because Ive used wanam on several tw roms and am currently using it on this rom with no issues.

Would you mind sharing a backup of your config?

I tried resetting everything to default and I was still getting random reboots. Most of the time it happens when the screen auto rotates. I have used it with no problems on JB but a few people are reporting the exact same problem with KK. It may be a random settings in wanam. However, it would be like finding a needle in a haystack.

I only use wanam to enable 4 way reboot menu and screenshot aswell as changing how many quick settings icons in my drop down, center clock, and hide am/pm.
Oh and to hide dock app labels.
How many modules do you run in framework?
If you run multiples that are doubling up on settings...that could cause the reboots...

The only other modules I was running with Wanam was WiFiKeyView and YouTube AdAway. They both have completely different functions. However, I did try disabling them and ran wanam by itself and still had reboots.

What other mods have you done? I'm running the eZKAT rom with just the stock UI. Could it be a problem with the stock ui?

Doubtful...im kinda clueless as to why your having the reboots with those modules.
Im using ezkat the way it came other than 5 modules and a few less apk's that I dont use.
And some ive frozen due to not knowing exactly what they do and were running in the background.

I just dropped in to say thanks to eZdubzitmk4 for a great run for my now retired Note2. I've left Android for something different, got to change things up every once in awhile to keep life interesting.

update: reboot few times a day, especially with hotspot enabled and used...anyone have same issue?
update2: re-install, and everything is great. I need to sqlite tethering value and add APN default entry to get tethering working on t889. Also sqlite tethering value into system to show up in notification bar.

I am using your ROM for about 3 days now and I love it!!!! Now there's just one gripe (actually not gripe but just curious). Would the radio app work on the T889, the Note 2 that I have installed this rom on? Thank you!
