How to flash:

Nandroid Backup before flash is highly recommended!

- Copy the *.zip to your SD/EXT Card
- Restart in CWM Be sure you’re on SAFE KERNEL, recommend the latest Philz Kernel
- Full wipe /data/factory reset /cache and dalvik (highly recommended)
- Format /data /system and /preload (highly recommended)
- Flash the ROM
- wipe cache and dalvik (recommended)
- Wait until your phone boot! (enjoy S4 boot sound )
- I recommend to let the rom 10min to settle down, before you instal any apk
- Enjoy it

Ya sure. I'll share it with all of you as soon as I'm satisfied with the changes but I'm not 100% sure if it really works by flashing itself [ framework and android.policy]. Until now [after all day using it] it works fine for me. I'll be back with the flashable zip ASAP.
