That's weird. you need The modded rom cause you get OTA updates. 2. When you have unlocked your bootloader you can flash twrp and install the supersu.zip? Or am I misunderstanding something?

Got the device today and with the help of Lerax, Breadcrust and yours, Sir I managed to get stuff done.
Nice work. Will you keep this updated for a while?
I do not want to mess around and with your image(s) things work like a charm.

Sure. I will keep it updated as long as CM will provide builds. Nice to see that you're happy :)

In developer options three things have to be set right. ADB enabled, OEM unlock enabled and update CM recovery disabled. Then there should be no Problem flashing the rooted stock ROM after installing the TWRP using the modified fastboot commands. Of course the drivers have to be installed and BL unlock before. Using Win 10 x64 I had no Problem with this method. No need for any rooting tools or apps.

hi @eagleeyetom, it means that if i'm using this modded ROM i'll get a pre-rooted ROM with TWRP & OTA update capability?
because what i understand is the rooted devices can't download the OTA updates...

You won't be able to use OTA as the system is modified. I will update this thread with recent changes.

Any update in the rumors?
Will 12.1.1 arrive to us (the one with Cortana integration)?

The current 3OH is excellent, but some bugs are still there.
