Ok, you need to try with another SIM, or with your SIM in another phone.
You tried factory reset, with wiping system partition and reflash ROM after ?
I usually do it before and after flashing (Factory reset: wipe data, cache, dalvik in TWRP), and since i flashed rom about three times, i belive it had been done.
Never wiped system manually - should i?
edit. Wiped System partition manually - it didn't help...
BTW. is there any way to check if my flash is OK (i mean - no bad sectors)?

Idk about checking if flash is ok, you can try to redownload the rom.
Maybe you need to try to flash the official firmware, and after flash TWRP + CM11.0.
Try a (new) clean install by wiping cache, dalvik cache, data and system before flashing FINAL build.
Still, its crashing. ARM 4.4 nano right? 114MB right? yup, still doesnt work. Well maybe corrupt build. I'll download it again. Can you give me the simple file sharing link like mediafire? (not mega)

Does it works for bootloader locked? I can get into recovery with RecoverySP and do the wipes and stuff but first:

Hey, I know this is a dead project but perhaps someone can help me.
The rom looks good and works fine for the most part, except the folowing little problem.
I cant activate Wi-Fi.
I don't know whym, but it won't let me activate it in any way.
Any ideas?

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
Installation:
1. Download ROM zip and GApps zip.
2. Boot into recovery.
3. Wipe data and cache.
4. Flash ROM zip.
5. Flash GApps zip. You must flash gapps after every upgrade to CM11 since /system is formatted, wiping your previous add-ons.
6. Reboot.
