we all want that to be solved...

but we can wait till the end of time for that.....

that is why there are a small amount of users using custom rom on Z3....

but I hope, I am wrong.
You are right the custom roms are not really up to the mark for Sony z3 previously I have note2 and it had some amazing roms. Another reason is the fear of bootloader I mistakenly flashed a custom rom coz someone advised bootloader will not be effected with this but that ****ed up my phone and it's camera and I am doomed
Hate to say but without original camera quality and sound mods z3 sucks.

AFAIK in 'about phone' only - after flashing.

Speaking of camera and sound quality - anyone know about advances with those?

Changelog under about phone menu.
Now that I've been thinking about this for a while I have to say I'm not happy with this - updates are coming frequently, and setting up my mobile to suit my needs and habits always is a bit of work, and many a time I don't stumble across errors that really pis me off. So providing a changelog would be nice, as it allows me to decide whether it's an update I really SHOULD install (as opposed to an update that may be nice to install).

TL;DR: I'd prefer to have a changelog available BEFORE flashing. And maybe a summarized one, because as a non-coder I really can't say what the entries in the changelog under Settings -> About Phone -> Changelog mean to me as a user

Just my 2¢

well bro the changelog is under about phone menu, its the same as whats happening into our repos, u can just check github and history of the commits, there is something sure, im not gonna start explaining what all the commit does, and btw, im not a coder too, beside features additions wich is not happening much now cuz android M is at the door, u won't understand anything anyways, its just regular update to be inline with cyanogen, so if u understand their changelog, feel free to read there cuz it will be the same here, , and even on devices repos... u can check our devices org and in shinano-common, z3, and kernel repos to see whats happening, but once again, im just inline with cm.

ok i will provide the changelog while posting the update, but anyways, don't make me laugh, why is it gonna change something in your decision to flash or not? why don't u use multirom, keep a primary stable enuff for you, and test as secondary the one u want, and switch to primary if it suits your needs?

and no, sorry i have no time to write each week an "understanble changelog" just becuz, its not because im not making daily builds dat im not busy...
