Thanks all for fast answer! If i unlock bootloader, will i loose something (with Android 4.4)? And if i relock it again (lets say-for warranty purpose),
will it be in original without loosing something?
Thanks!

Unlocking won't lose anything but you can't relock (though there is a tool that claims to be able to) I think trying to lock it again would be risky!

Your personal opinions-is it worth to unlock bootloader for that ROM vs.stock (i'm on locked)?
The feauteres are very impressive...:)
In my opinion, yes. I didn't really use any Sony specific features and found it to be close to stock android but with less features that I do use in custom aosp. You have to weigh up the features you use now vs what you could have here. Some custom roms have videos on YouTube where you can see what the features are like.

Thank you for very useful explanation!!! :)
By the way, if you do want to return to stock, you'll need to find a stock rom to flash with flash tool or I think Sony's Emma software might do that. You could also make a nandroid backup once you've rooted and installed a custom recovery.

I just updated to build3 and system was wiped again without backing up my backup scripts. The issue with switching user accounts is still there, choosing colours in landscape (lockscreen theme settings) and advanced option fc's. Anything I can do to help identify anything?

I still have the same issues with build 5 but haven't restored my backup this time, just set things up how I like it again. I also flashed my usual zips with the rom just in case. Any idea what wipes system without backing up? I use TWRP recovery but haven't had this before with other roms. This is my favourite rom for Pollux_windy though, so sticking with it. Anything I can do to help identify issues?

Well gapps and supersu generate backup scripts. I also made my own backup script to backup Team Blackout apps I flashed to system. Usually when updating a rom, wiping only cache & dalvik, the backup scripts backup the apps and restore them during install. But it seems with each update of this rom, system is wiped and if I don't reflash my zips, the apps are gone and all the backup scripts in addon.d are gone. This means installing Viper4android drivers again and putting scripts back in addon.d (in the hope that the next update doesn't wipe them!)

Awesome, thanks! If you get the chance to test switching users (or if there's anything I can do at my end) that would also be much appreciated [emoji3]

im gonna ask to close this thread because no upgrade to lollipop planned anytime soon for this rom, cuz Validus LP rom taking us all our time.
if in the future we decide to upgrade, i will ask to re-open it.

Thanks for your support.

Xposed not working?

Xposed should work on most roms with permissive selinux but you won't get any support here running mods like that. I have used it in the past with earlier Tesla builds but since giving it up my device runs much smoother.

Like to use it for a couple of tweaks including greenify experimental. Doesn't seem to impact system too much. Might be to do with the new anti piracy push I've seen in the forums. Who knows.
