hii everyone just tried the New android L Apps from the nexus 5 image and i have to say that google has done an amazing job
every though many apps dont work apps like gmail,google now,clock,books,music work and they certainly look better and work a lot faster
will include them in the rom as soon as they are ported to JB

hey does overclocking to 1.6 help better in ram management

U know i had to Deblot Sony home,walkman,camera,album, and all other apps and go AOSP Launcher etc and now my phone easily sustains one day of heavy use :silly:

and One more question did u face the same ram problems in CM 11 ?

Tried to reduce VM heap size but almost no effect... I'm getting mad with this thing!

No, OC doesn't help ram management. Nothing works in cm11 so I haven't been able to use it and check if the problem occurs or not. I guess that setting ro.debuggable to 0 really helps it as I have been using my phone since around 28 hours with no ram problem yet (did a lot of heavy multi tasking and heavy gaming too).

Is there any cm11 build yet???

Yes. My friend Abhinav2 and I have got Cm11 to boot on T2 Ultra Dual. Nothing apart from display, touch, usb works.

Chrome + Time Shift video app

Firstly - great job with this Ashwin! Thanks for all your efforts.

I'm having a few issues installing some of the Google Apps - mainly Chrome and Maps. I've deleted them from the System/Apps folder and re-installed but I still get the error -21 or -24. I've also followed the install instructions properly. Are there any extra files I need to delete before i can re-install those two?

Also where is the Time Shift Video app? I'm really interested in that however I can't see a separate app or any extra options in the Camera app. The still camera Timeshift Burst but no video option.

you can get the app in cross dev of sony in XDA

and the best way to get rid of that problem is to flash a standard 4.3 gapps package

Thanks for the reply. I tried flashing the Slim Gapps you mentioned in he FAQ but that didn't help. I'll try a full Gapps package and see how that goes.

4.3 we still havent recieved the kitkat update as yet
